Small teams getting started
Quoted on employee count, modules and deployment
- Basic HRMS (Employee Central)
- Attendance Tracking
- Leave Management
- Employee Self-Service (ESS)
- Cloud deployment
- Email support
Three plans, each quoted against employee count, the modules you switch on and how you want it deployed. No seat price that pretends every company is the same shape.
The cards below show what you get, not what you pay. Running attendance for 200 staff costs less than attendance, payroll and expenses for 900, so the price follows your headcount and the tools you switch on.

So a smaller org with a field team is never forced up a tier to get one capability.
Every tier inherits the one before it. Nothing is re-implemented when you move up.
Typically four to eight weeks, depending on module scope and how clean the existing employee data is.
Because the two variables that actually drive cost (employee count and which modules you switch on) differ enormously between a 60-person office and a 3,000-person multi-site group. A published seat price would either overcharge the small org or undercharge the large one. Pricing is quoted against employee count, module selection and deployment type.
The journey is seven steps: Discovery, Mapping, Migration, Testing, Training, Pilot, then Go-Live. Typical go-live lands between four and eight weeks depending on how many modules are in scope and how clean the existing employee data is.
Yes. Modules switch on against the records you already have, so there is no second implementation. Four capabilities are also available à la carte on any plan, so a Starter customer with a field team can add Field Workforce Tracking without moving to Enterprise.
Private deployment (dedicated VPC or on-premise for full data sovereignty) is available on Enterprise. Hybrid and custom deployments are also supported where regulatory data localisation requires it.
Payroll computes TDS, PF, ESI and PT, generates and distributes payslips, and keeps a payroll audit trail. Compliance reporting is one-click and board-ready, backed by immutable audit logs with RFC 3161 timestamping.
Growth includes basic AI insights: summaries and trend surfacing. Enterprise includes the full Workzent Zeno automation engine: natural language commands, anomaly detection, rule-based autonomous approvals and workflow triggers. Critical financial decisions require human approval on every tier.
